All items are triple checked before being shipped out to ensure quality. With that being said we do not offer refunds, so please make sure everything is correct.
Once your order is placed it cannot be canceled or changed.

We are not responsible for late shipments due to inclement weather, holidays, natural disasters, or carrier delays. However you have our full commitment to servicing you. Please keep in mind holidays do not count as a business day and should be considered when calculating shipping times. We entrust USPS to deliver your package on time as scheduled.
It is advisable not to wait until the last minute to place your order. If you have a deadline that you need your product for, it is always wise to order far enough in advance to allow for unanticipated delays that may be out of our control.
Orders placed prior to 5pm (EST), will be processed that day.
On Orders placed after 5pm (EST), we will begin processing your order on the next business day.

Once a package leaves our warehouse we are not responsible for lost or stolen goods. A claim will have to be opened by the buyer with the shipping company. No refunds or replacements will be sent out until further hearing from the shipping company.

Standard shipping takes 5-7 business days. During major sales shipping can take up to 7-10 business days (not including weekends or holidays).

A tracking number will be issued to you by email once your order has been processed.
